Overseeding

The picture above is of a lawn in dire need of overseeding. Overseeding is just as the name implies: spreading lawn seed over existing grass. See, grass slows reproduction as it ages so after a few years the lawn can start appearing aged and tired. Overseeding is just the thing to rejuvenate your lawn. This service is best done in spring and fall. Overseeding is simple and can be done by anyone, but department store seed is not as high quality as commercially available seed. Also due to quantity discounts CLS can often overseed your lawn for less than you could do it on your own. This means you don't have to worry about proper calibrations on a spreader and best of all you don't have to waste your valuable time pushing around a spreader at all.
